Welcome to the Gluterra community forum where people interested in gluten-free living, or are already living a gluten-free life can discuss a wide range of topics. There are a few simple rules to follow so that everyone can have a pleasant experience here. Please note that violators will be removed from the community at the forum administrator's sole discretion.

This forum was created to help and support the gluten-free community with a health emphasis. You are not allowed to post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, or threatening. Gluterra reserves to right to remove, edit, move or close any topic (discussion) from the forums without warning or notification to the Community. If you find a post you think is inappropriate, please notify Gluterra through our contact form.

In addition, self promotion of business is NOT allowed on the forum. The only exception to this rule is if you own a restaurant who offers gluten-free food. These restaurants are allowed to promote their restaurants only in the Restaurants forum. Any other type of businesses, including but not limited to, gluten-free products, books, services (medical, online, etc.) should not self-promote on the forum.

You can, however, provide your professional advice in response to other Gluterra members' posts and mention your business only if it's is relevant to the topic. If you are interested in advertising on Gluterra, please fill out our contact form. If you are not affiliated with a business and want provide a 3rd party opinion about a business, you are encouraged to do so. In other words, please do not spam the forum.

If you are not sure if your topic will violate our forum rule, please contact us first.

We may modify these rules or add new rules in the future to reflect changes in our service. We’ll post notice of modifications to these rules on this page.
