This cereal packs a serious protein punch and is gluten free, dairy free, peanut free, tree nut free, egg free, and soy free. The package also says fish free and shellfish free but I didn't expect for any cereal to have those.
I eat this cereal quite often, but not by itself. I usually mix it with others since it is quite plain, but still good.
It's a very simple cereal with good ingredients and free of lots of allergens. It's a simple, plain-tasting box of little BB-sized balls of crunch. It has a whole grain taste, but it really takes on the flavors of other things in the bowl like the rice milk I use and the fruit or other cereal I mix with it.
Plain, simple, and good.
I give this one 3 out of 5 stars.
