I've eaten other Glutino products and been impressed, but I really didn't expect any more from this package.

Holy cow was I wrong! This product is off the charts! It was deliciously and addictively crunchy, something I had begun to associate with my former gluten filled life.

The chips are all irregular shaped and mostly the same thickness. Some seem like they have been in the oven a little longer than others, being a little darker brown and some being more white, but it gives it a great change of taste and texture from one bite to the next.

It tastes like bread that has just been toasted to a crunch, slightly sweet and slightly salty. My wife likes the taste more and I like the crunch. The crunch is outstanding! It's such a uniformly fine crunch too, unlike so many other crunchy treats that you might have including other bagel bites I've had, but better. It's so wonderful that I want to crunch out the rhythm of a song every time I throw one of these babies into my mouth.

I like to have them by themselves, or sometimes I put a little organic peanut butter and organic apricot jam on it, and other times I drizzle a little organic unpasteurized honey on top... delicioso!
