If you want a great little ginger snap containing no gluten, no dairy, and no trans fats in a re-sealable package, then this is your ticket.

The little snaps are about as big around as a silver dollar (do you remember those?) and about twice as thick.

When you bite into them you notice this ever-so-slight bend in the cookie as it breaks into your mouth - hardly noticeable if you are a kid that is ramming them down your throat like the cookie monster. Even with the slight give, there is still a crisp snap as part of the cookie breaks off into your mouth and then a rather intense and wholesome ginger taste. The flavor is not overbearing, but I would call it intense. It sticks together very well and doesn't send a thousand chunks of cookie to the floor as you eat. It's a real solid and refreshing ginger cookie, great texture, and better than all of the other varieties (with and without gluten) that I can recall.

This one does contain eggs.
