These little chips are Gluten free, wheat free (obviously) and nut free. These little diddies have all raw and organic ingredients including sprouted pumpkin seeds, sprouted flax seeds, dates, agave nectar, and sea salt. You can see the product through the little see thru window they have on the re-sealable package and all the ingredients are formed into little wafers about the size of a quarter, but obviously much lighter. This product is all organic with ingredients including sprouted buckwheat groats, sprouted sunflower seeds, dates, sesame seeds, coconut, hemp seeds, apples, cinnamon, vanilla, orange oil and sea salt. It's gluten free, wheat free, and nut free. Before buying this product, I expected a granola taste heavy on the nuts and dried fruit pieces with a heavy dose of apple and cinnamon.
