I'm not sure there's much to say about a package of gluten free rolled outs, except they're outstanding. To me, they look, smell, taste, and cook just like other rolled oats. I'm pretty sure it's because nothing has changed with these oats to be gluten free other than they have been protected in the manufacturing process from cross-contamination with gluten containing plants and products. These snaps have all raw and organic ingredients including coconut, sprouted sesame seeds, dates, and ginger powder. They're gluten free, wheat free, and nut free. You can see the product through the little see thru window they have on the re-sealable package and all the ingredients are formed into little wafers about the size of a quarter, but obviously much lighter. They are the same form factor as some of this company's other chips that I have reviewed. Read more...
This cereal packs a serious protein punch and is gluten free, dairy free, peanut free, tree nut free, egg free, and soy free. The package also says fish free and shellfish free but I didn't expect for any cereal to have those. Read more...
